I recieved an email from Yahoo! Canada today with the a link to this webpage mentioning that the new Yahoo! Mail Beta is due any moment and an invite should be sent soon. The new Yahoo! Mail will have the following features:

Drag and Drop emails in folders
Open multiple emails at once
Tabs to switch between open Messages and Inbox
