After Num Sum and iRows comes another online excel spreadsheet editor Numbler.
Some of its features are:
1) Import spreadsheets from other Excel file on your desktop
2) Invite others to collaborate on the spreadsheet and use the integrated chat client.
3) There is no ?Save? button - changes are automatically saved as you type and you can undo your actions up to 20 times.
4) You can import from a CSV file or an XML Spreadsheet file , XLS is currently not supported
5) You can use keyborad shortcuts also

1check out the free javascript based Webspread at the above url.
Webspread is more rudamentary than numsum or irows but it expose’s an Api and an eventmodel allowing third parties to access it programatically through javascript and respond to user driven events. Webspread’s object model allows easy instantiation on any webpage with only a few lines of javascript.
