To burn a BIN image file to a CD/DVD with any software like Nero or Alcohol, you need to have an associated CUE file. A CUE file is nothing but an index file for the BIN file. These type of files are ususally created by a software called CDRWin. If this file is corrupted, you may get the following error:
“File command must appear before other commands”. And if the file is missing, you may not be able to load ot burn the BIN image
