FExplorer 1.16 Beta has been released. This an excellent file manager for Symbian. This new Beta has added some excellent New features:
1) Shortcut ‘8′ has been added to rename a file
2) An Open With function has been added to open a file with any installed application of your choice. For example if you want to open an MP3 with UltraMP3 instead of the built in MP3 player. This was a much needed feature which is available in FileMan. Thanks Dominique HUGO!!
3) Copy any file which may be in use by the OS (locked files)
4) Password protect FExplorer so that not everyone can browse your files

1The only thing that i mis in fexplorer is an advanced search funtion and the option to send .sis and .jar files if the phone is limitted. but besides that it’s a very handy application.

2.sis file can be sent if the name is changed from .sis to .sisa or anything else

3There are programs that don’t need a rename like “mobiluck”So why not fexplorer?
