Microsoft has released a newer version of their Windows Live Toolbar. The new toolbar includes the following features:

Standard MSN Toolbar features like Tabbed Browsing, Form Fill, Popup Blocker.
You can download additional add-ins through the Component Manager like Onfolio, RSS Feed Detector which will add RSS feeds from websites to your Windows Live Homepage, an Outlook add-in, Windows Live Toolbar (which also installs the new Windows Desktop Search) and more. I will talk about WDS and the Outlook add-in later.
Unfortunately, the toolbar installer is kinda buggy and doesn’t include anything but the toolbar. All other features are downloaded off the internet when installing.
