Intelliadmin is a free tool to remotely enable Remote Desktop (RDP Client) on a Windows 2000/XP/2003 machine on a local area network. You just need to type the name of the remote computer, adminstrator credentials (if needed) and select the option to enable or disable remote desktop service.
