To delete rows that are duplicates?that is, rows that match in multiple columns like Last Name, First Name, House Number, and Street Name follow the steps mentioned below:

-Click somewhere in the data area.
-Select Data | Filter | Advanced Filter from the menu.
-Check the Unique records only box.
-Click OK. This hides all the duplicate rows.
-Highlight the slimmed-down data area.
-Copy/Paste the data to a new location.
