I just noticed this today that though Websense allows browsing the main Boing Boing site- http://boingboing.net/, if one goes to the “defeat censorware” link at the top, it blocks the site under the category of “Proxy Avoidance”.
To bypass this, I would suggest using https://proxysystems.net/proxy which an SSL based proxy and can’t be blocked by any web filter
