At Microsoft Watch in the analysis of Microsoft Q4 results, I found this very interesting:

Mobile and Embedded Devices revenue rose 41 percent to $113 million with an operational loss of $2 million, compared to $80 million and a loss of $15 million a year earlier. Revenue rose 41 percent and operating income 87 percent. For the year, operating income skyrocketed 103 percent to $2 million from a $65 million loss. Revenue rose 44 percent to $377 million from $262 million.

Licenses for Windows Mobile-based phones jumped a stunning 90 percent during the quarter.
