The latest S60 3rd Edition phones ship with a bery good web browser called S60 OSS Browser. S60Tips mentions some useful shortcuts that you can use in the browser:

# - Zoom out the page
* - Zoom in the page.
1 - Open your Bookmarks.
2 -Open dialog to find text in the page.
3 - Return to the previous page.
5 - Select window. This is useful when you are visiting a web page that opens pop-up window. Otherwise this feature may not be used so often.
8 - Switch to the full page view and back to the normal view.
9 - Enter and go to a different Web page.
