Due to a lot of requests, Google Maps has introduced a new feature called “Saved Locations”. You need to be signed into your Google account. Henceforth, Google Maps will automatically save every location that you search for. You can also go to the “Saved Locations” list to disable auto-saving of locations or to add, modify, or delete previously-saved locations. One can even label the locations.

Another feature introduced is auto completion. Whenever you start typing an address or a label and if its already in your Saved List, Google Map will auto complete for you.
