You cannot install .SIS files on Nokia S60 3rd Edition devices since those are meant for the older S60 v1 and 2 devices. The newer S60 3rd edition platform supports a new type of format called .SISX which is intended to be more secure. However JAVA files (.JAR) can be installed since this platform supports MIDP 2.0
