Stuart Padley, a Microsoft developer wrote an entry on his blog which has since been deleted originally but the cached version can be previewed at Bloglines.

Though the post doesn’t reveal anything big, it does confirm the existence of a team dedicated to an online storage service called Windows Live Drive similiar to Google’s speculated GDrive.
