After installing an application on your Nokia S60 3rd Edition device like Nokia N93, N80 or 3250, the SISX files remain on your device in a folder called ‘Installed files’ in the C: drive. You can safely remove these files as they take up a lot of space and are not needed for the removal of the application from Remove Programs.

1BTW - this is also true for the N71 although the directory is Phone Memory/Installs
Well at least I think it is :) I deleted the files there and nothing stopped running (so far…)

2i just confused now. i was installed themes on my s60 3rd. but, i can’t remove on app manager, the installed file is invisible??
help me, cause my phone memory is not enough again…
