GTalk2VoIP is a free SIP based VOIP service for GTalk users that allows you to make outgoing calls and recieve incoming calls on GTalk. They also offer free voice mail service, voice conference chat service, off-line messaging, free outgoing calls to SIP phones and free incoming calls from SIP phones.
