To format your Nokia N91’s inbuilt Hard Disk Drive, go to the Tools Menu—>Hard Drive(HDD) and select Format. Beware: It takes a long time to format the hard drive and you will lose all your data/information.
Remove the back cover that covers the battery(hdd) and switch it on. After the phone is fully booted replace the cover back.Then go to hdd in the phone menu and format it.It should work now. That phone has a virus called a trojan horse virus, Hdd needs to be formated as well as the phone(hard reset)
