Darla Mack reports that ROK has announced the launch of their free bluetooth based VOIP application for Symbian S60 devices at www.rokviper.com. The only caveat of this app is that both the caller and the reciever of the VOIP call needs to have the Viper software installed on their mobile handsets and should be near a Bluetooth enabled PC/Laptop
