All these mobile sites are sponsored by Microsoft Windows Mobile. If you click on the microsoft Ad, it redirects to http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/mobile/render.aspx?url=/windowsmobile/mobile/about/default.mspx&dt=&os=&ref=/windowsmobile/mobile/Default.aspx which is a mobile friendly version of Windows Mobile website.
