TOMBO is a freeware NotesTaker for Windows Desktop as well as Windows Mobile 2003 and 5.0. TOMBO uses 128bit Blowfish Encryption Algorithm based on GnuPG. You can choose encrypted/plain (without password) type for each note. You can also encrypt notes on PC and read it on PDA via ActiveSync.
