Microsoft offered a free theme generator for Pocket PC 2002 devices. Unfortunately,the series ended there.
ThemeGenCE v1.7 is a freeware software for your computer that allows you to create free themes (personalize appearance of pages Today and Start Menu) for Windows Mobile 2003 and 5.0 mobile devices. The software packs the TSK theme files into a CAB file which can then be installed automatically on to your Windows Mobile device.
ThemeGenCE helps you to build the TSK by compiling the file of information (Extension “000″) and by building the images (for both Portrait and Landscape modes) which will be attached to your theme.
