eyeOS is an Open Source Web based desktop operating system running from your browser. This software can be installed on a hosted web server or even your Windows desktop computer. The default installation comes with a few basic office and PIM applications. More apps can be installed from eyeapps.org. With this one can remote in to eyeOS webserver and perform tasks on the server itself so that if you are a mobile person, you can access and change files from anywhere, any computer.
From eyeOS version 0.9.2 onwards, you can simply go to eyeos.mobi from your mobile phone browser and start uploading/downloading files.
