Found this via the E-Series blog, MSN Mobile China is offering a free native Symbian 9.1 based client for Windows Live messenger (Official) for Nokia S60 3rd Edition devices like Nokia N80, N93, 3250, E60, and even the older S60 2nd Ed devices like 6600.

1) Go to this link- http://mclient.msn.com.cn/
2) In Step 1, choose the third option in the first drop down
3) In the second drop down, select your phone model
4) In Step 2, choose the second button which says PC and it will start the download
