Adobe Labs released a new product called Adobe Digital Editions Beta. It is a lightweight, Rich Internet Application (RIA) (so the software version is always up-to-date ) that allows you to read PDF and XHTML documents both offline as well as online. The download includes Adobe Flash Player 9 so you can read Flash embedded documents as well. PDF files are displayed as a thumbnail and can be sorted by different categories. The Reader has a very Web 2.0 Flash based look with the capability to drag/drop and re-arrange PDF content for better viewing.
