DIManager is a freeware appliaction for Windows 2000/XP that allows you to save the position of your desktop icons to a file. When you change your monitor’s screen resolution, Windows automatically rearranges all the icons. Reverting to the original screen resolution sometimes does not help.
Therefore, this software can help you backup the position of your desktop icons and restore them when needed. You can create individual icon profiles for different screen resolutions/users.
