FairGame is a freeware application for Apple’s Mac OS X version 10.4.8 that converts the songs that you’ve bought on iTunes Store to an unprotected format (removes DRM protection) and keeps all the original metadata, lyrics and artwork. It has been tested to work with Mac OS X v10.4.8, iMovie HD v6.0.3 and iTunes v7.0.1.

Before installing this app, you must do the following once:

1) Enable “Access for Assistive Devices” in Universal Access system preference
2) Select “Place clip in movie timeline” in Import preference of iMovie HD

After this, download and install the Fairgame software, select songs in iTunes which you want to convert/remove DRM from and hit the “Process songs” button.
