Microsoft has released the SyncToy powertoy for Windows Vista OS. It provides the same functionality as the old version for Windows XP i.e. copy, move, rename, and delete files between folders and computers quickly and easily.
SyncToy manages multiple sets of folders at the same time; and can combine files from two folders, as well as reflect renames and deletion of files in folders.
This new version introduces one frequently requested change: The ability to type in a UNC path; eg \\servername\share

But I am not sure about the usability of this powertoy for Vista as Vista already features the Sync Center where you can perform the same functions between computers and mobile devices.
