When you connect a Nokia S60 3rd Edition mobile device (like 3250,N80,N93) with a memory card inserted in it to your desktop computer, Nokia PC Suite does not display the entire contents of your memory card, specifically the hidden files and folders like System, Private, etc. Here’s a workaround to view such hidden system files from your desktop computer without using a USB card reader.
Connect your Nokia mobile device to the computer in the data transfer mode. It will prompt that the phone should be in an offline mode, select Ok. Make sure you’ve chosen to view Hidden Files and Folders in Tools/Options of your computer. Now view the contents of the memory card from Windows Explorer. Voila! You should now be able to view the hidden system folders and copy, modify and delete their content.
This isn’t a new discovery by me but just the use of common sense which is not so common:)
