GameDev.mobi is a new website where anyone can create and compile Java J2ME MIDP 2.0 based mobile games for free without any programming knowledge. You can upload your own images and sounds to define your sprites, events, background, animations, maps,etc. Once the code is compiled, you can download the mobile game to your desktop computer and test it using the Sun Wireless Toolkit Emulator or directly to your mobile device through WAP.
