Google has recently released a new version of Blogger which was in Beta till now at www2.blogger.com.

The new interface sports some new features like:

-Drag and drop page elements to customize your blog’s design without knowing HTML code
-Make a completely unique template that has just the color scheme you want, without knowing any CSS.
-Create a private blog- You can control viewing permissions to your blog as well as add authors so multiple people can post to your blog.
-Label (or Tag) your posts, to group related ones together
-You can have a feed for all the comments on your blog, and even individual feeds for all the comments on each separate post. Support for RSS 2.0 and Atom 1.0 standards has also been added
