Techcrunch reports about a new software for Windows XP and Vista 32-bit called Tag2Find. tag2find is a freeware software that helps you to find everything on your desktop by simply using tags. In Windows Vista, go to the properties of a file–>details and then enter a set of tags for that file. Using the search feature of Vista you can then find those files by searching for a tag. Windows XP doesn’t support tagging, nor does Mac. Tag2find provides all that and much more:

-tag2find can be integrated anywhere where you need it - in the taskbar, in Explorer, in Internet Explorer or even in a floating position
-Tag files using the file’s context menu, drag&drop it to the next tag2find toolbar, the Floating TagBox, the TagBrowser
-Related Tags- Related tags guide you to using your tags consistently
-TagBrowser- Explore your tagged files by browsing them, sorting them, filtering them.
-TagCloud- visualizes your most popular tags at one glimpse
-Preview files music and video in the application itself

Some of the cool upcoming features include:

Initialize your tags (extended)
Mobility tagging
Tag & indexed search
Meta searching
Online services
Website integration
