		<description>I tried doind the following steps above, a window pops up saying please wait while Vista configures the features, hwever after configuring the feature I try ti run telnet in a command propmt I receive a message saying 'telnet' is not recognized as a command or batc file. I have tried turing off User Account Controls and tha trying to turn on Telnet client but it still doesn't work. I'm running windows vista ultimate.</description>
