T9Editor for Windows Mobile Pocket PC is a freeware software for Windows Mobile 2003 and 5.0 Pocket PC devices that allows you to add your own custom words to the built in T9 dictionary of your mobile device.
You can also take a backup of the T9 dictionary database by exporting it to a file and later importing it back into the device say after a hard reset.
