Export Contacts is a freeware application for Windows Mobile 5.0 based Pocket PC and Smartphones that allows you to backup and export Contacts on your mobile device to an HTML or XML file. The tool can export all your contacts along with their more than 50 properties, including photos and ringtones.

Future version will include the ability to import the HTML/XML file back into the device.
But even just the ability to export contacts is a great boon for users if you haven’t been able to synchronize your device with Outlook and need to format the mobile device.
