Nokia has released the Nokia Time Zone Upgrader utility for both Nokia S60 E-Series and N-Series that will update the Daylight Savings 2007 changes for USA for your mobile phone. The E-Series blog mentions download links for all the E-Series devices like E50, E60, E61, and E70. But for some reason, the downloads have been removed for these device from their individual software support homepage. You can keep checking the website for any updates.

The Nokia Time Zone Upgrader utility is still available for N-Series mobile devices and can be downloaded directly from the below mentioned links:

Nokia N91

A restart of the mobile phone is required after installation of this patch.
