J2MEFaceMatch is a freeware application that provides face recognition and protection for Java J2ME mobile devices. With this application, one can take a photo of youself and store it in the software. Then you can choose to lock any software/application on your mobile device. The application can later be only unlocked if the photo matches the one stored in J2MEFaceMatch.

The software sounds interesting but I haven’t tried it myself.
