Symbian Toys has released a new software called SISXplorer for Windows that allows you to view and extract the contents of Nokia S60 3rd edition based SISX files such as Themes, Applications and Games. You can then view the details of each resource file using the inbuilt Hex viewer or extract icons from themes using the integrated MBM Manager.
