Google has announced the public availability of its improved search engine for mobile devices.

Here are some of the redesigned features:

-You can add gadgets for your frequently used information such as Weather, News, Stocks, Movies, etc directly on the Google page and re-order them if required

-Your search location preferences are saved for future sessions

-Intelligent search results optimized for mobiles- The new mobile search automatically searches across different Google search types like local, image, web and give you results based on the nature of the query itself. You don’t need to sift through both mobile and regular web results, or specify your search type—local, image, web, etc. For example, if you search for BBC, your primary search result would be BBC Mobile.
