Skype 3.2 beta has been released with a couple of new features:

-Send money to your contacts with PayPal from within the application: Your Skype contact will receive a Skype alert telling them you have sent them money.

-Import contacts from Webmail services such as Gmail, Hotmail/Windows Live Mail, and Yahoo! Mail.

-Video snapshot: Take a photo with your webcam and use it as My Picture in Skype. Just click “Personalise”, “Change your Picture” and “Take video snapshot”. After you shoot the picture, you can resize it and select a part of it that you wish to use.
