Clear Contacts is a freeware application for Windows Mobile 5.0 based Pocket PC and Smartphone devices that allows you to delete all contacts in one go from the address book without hard resetting/formatting the mobile device or deleting them manually one by one.

I’ve HTC Touch which runs on windows 6.0. For deleting all the contact at once u need to use HTC’s inbuilt application SIM Manager.
Open SIM Manager—>Select Menu—>Select Delete Contact(it will load all the contacts here)—–>Select Menu—–>select option(check all the contacts now)—–>select delete on the bottom left side. AND BINGO… u get rid of all the contacts now :)

For Sim contacts:
Open SIM manager(this will load all the SIM contacts)—->Select Menu—->Select the option- select all—–>select delete on the bottom left side.

I hope you guys will not have to install freewares now. :)
