GlideNext Beta is a free web cum mobile service that can synchronize RSS feeds, photos, music, videos, documents, calendar appointments/meetings, emails, contacts, Safari, Camino & Firefox browser bookmarks and virtually any type of document to and from your desktop computer to Glide’s hosted online server. You can then access these files from a mobile browser on a supported mobile device and and make changes to them. The edited documents are saved on Glide’s server which in turn can be synchronized back to your desktop computer.
This way you can access, view and edit documents and files securely and keep the changes synchronized across computers and mobile phones.
This service has been featured, reviewed and raved about by respected websites/magazines such as WSJ, InformationWeek, PC Magazine and New York Times.
Supported mobile phone brands include Blackberry, Motorola, Palm Treo, Windows Mobile, Sony Ericsson and Nokia E-Series devices.
