Nokia Phone Configurator is a free online mobile phone setttings service for the complete range of Nokia S60 2nd and 3rd Edtion mobile devices that allows you to order settings for the following applications/services on your Smartphone and configure them automatically:
Email: Allows you to set up mobile access to an existing personal email account.
WAP/GPRS Internet and MMS settings
Push to Talk: Set up your mobile phone for a two way radio service (depends on carrier/operator)
Streaming: Provides the ability to stream both audio and video media content on your phone.
Nokia software (firmware) update over-the-air: Allows you to remotely update your phone’s firmware over the air.

17ptt is not currently configured in india eather it is not been guided by teleom control board…but tata indicom is usin it in some places like in mumbai
