RunAsDate is a freeware utility for Windows 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista that allows you to run a trial application, software or program on your computer in the date and time that you specify different from the system’s current time. This utility does not change the current system date and time of your computer, but it only injects the date/time that you specify into the desired application.
You can run multiple applications simultaneously, each application works with different date and time, while the real date/time of your system continues to run normally.
For example, if your Microsoft Office suite or Symantec anti-virus trial period has expired, you can launch those applications using RunAsDate.

RunAsDate is a portable application in the sense that it does not require any installation nor any changes to the registry. It also supports command line options such as:
RunAsDate.exe 22\10\2002 2:35:22 “C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE
