Anywhere Together is a free (for 2 or less users) web browser based file manager for Windows or Linux based computers that have Apache or IIS installed. Once installed on a server or home computer, it provides a Web 2.0 Interface to Upload, download, move, copy files using drag and drop and make new folders. You can even create a one time public URL to a file which can be used by anyone to download stuff from your PC/server.

The best part about Files Together is the mobile access/interface which is built into the application using which one can Upload, download, move, copy and manage files and folders from a Smartphone/PDA/mobile device.
