Reboot is a free, unsigned utility for Symbian 9.1 based Nokia S60 3rd Edition mobile devices that puts an icon in your application folder to easily reboot/restart the mobile device.
The application is not Symbian signed. You can therefore use tools such as SignSis & DevCertRequestControl to easily sign the application with a custom certificate.
