Wwigo Beta is a freeware application for Nokia S60 2nd and 3rd Edition based mobile devices that allows you to use your mobile phone’s camera as a wireless webcam from a PC or Laptop using bluetooth.

It consists of two software components, a mobile component that resides on the mobile phone and streams video to PC and a PC component that recieves video.
