Microsoft has launched the Live Search Club, a free online service that lets you earn free hardware and software from Microsoft for playing online games by collecting tickets. Each time you play a game you will earn tickets which can be redeemed for a prize accordingly. The list of prizes is impressive and includes software and hardware such as ringtones, songs, T-Shirts, Microsoft games, Windows Vista, Office 2007, LifeCam camera, Xbox 360 Wireless controller, Microsoft Optical Wireless Desktop Elite, Microsoft Zune, Microsoft Xbox 360 and more. The more you play, the bigger prize you earn. Currently there are about 7 puzzle games available to play.

Thanks a lot for all the crap MICROSOFT i spent 1500 tickets on a live chat headset and it did not go through. It was going to be my first good prize i won in my life. Thanks a lot crapy microsoft.

Over the weekend my total went from 23,620 to ZIP. I ordered absolutely nothing, but my account was cleared out. There were several others who complained about this via the technical support site (which is a pain to get to in the first place). The url is

There was an issue with people using bots to automatically play the games to rack up the points.

I think when Microsoft saw this, and how many people were working toward the XBox goal of 35,000, they decided to dump the tickets and screw all the people who worked honestly to get to where they got.

i’m only at 20,000 and it keeps shutting me out of games by saying all games completed. this crap sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i was using windows live games i was enjoying the games ,until this evening i was playing a game when i shut down .and openwd my home page i can’t even get back to the game sitewhen i try it gors back to my homepage WHATIS GOING ON I DID NOTHING I BARELY KNOW HOW TO USE A COMPUTER,

… why can’t I get to the games on live search club? everytime I go to the site I get redirected to the MSN web site… it’s really starting to annoy me

If it says all games completed or check back often for new puzzles, just press play new game.

I’ve been trying to earn a Christmas present for my mother-in-law who has been fighting cancer for 5 years! I’ve played games for hours and hours and hours and now that I’ve earned enough to get the prize…there are NO prizes available over 2000 points. I knew this was going to shaft me and it did! What is up with this? Who is in charge and who can be contacted or held accountable?!?
