   Looks that the Symbian Signed website is closed register. Could you please to let me know if I have other way to get this tool? Or could you please to help me to generate a cer? Thank you so much.

   this program doesnt download anything oO
   you can use it on a offline-pc. it uses a program from symbiansigned to create the csr-file but it doesnt need to download it.

    pls use genialsis from socci. it’s a great all-in-one-tool! thats why i’m going to stop develloping and supporting signsis gui and devcertrequestcontrol.
