Class 0 type SMS, also called Flash SMS, is a type of message that displays or flashes on the recipient’s mobile screen rather than going to the Inbox and a message delivery report is sent back to the carrier. The message does not have to be saved on the SIM card or the cell phone’s memory (unless selected to do so by the mobile user).
