ROK has released a new service called ROK Comics that allows users to download and read free comics/cartoons on your mobile phone through MMS. You can also use the online Comic Book creator tool to create your own comic strip and push it to users through MMS for free or as a paid download.

To download free comic strips, all you need to do is visit rokcomics.com from your desktop browser or wap.rokcomics.com from a mobile phone browser, search for a comic in various categories such as Fun, Adventure, Sci-Fi, preview the comic by artist or comic name, select the option to download the strip and specify your mobile number. A link to the download would be sent through an SMS to the mobile device.

The comic book creator is available as a free online tool and allows you to create free or paid comics and start distributing them to mobile users.
