IM-Seven is an excellent Java J2ME based all-in-one instant messenger for MIDP 2.0 capable mobile devices such as Nokia S60, Sony Ericsson UIQ, Motorola, Blackberry and Windows Mobile with some unique features such as Yahoo/MSN contacts conference, browsing online server storage as File System & playing online multiplayer mobile games with friends.
Here are the main features of this application:
1) Multi-network support: Yahoo!, Windows Live-MSN, Google Talk and IM-Seven
2) “Twin-socket” proxy connection: This feature is used to enable phones with faulty socket implementation (like NOKIA S60) to connect to the service. Proxy adjusts received images and videos to fit your device’s display in order to minimize the amount of data transfered
3) Invite friends to play online multiplayer mobile games

4) Show or hide offline contacts
5) Display and change avatars in real-time
6) Separate Tabs for each conversation and conference.
7) Users with mobile phones that supports File System API can browse & transfer photos from the mobile phone storage as if they were on a disk drive

The service is meant to be a 30 day trial but is being offered for free till further notice.
You can download IM-Seven messenger for free directly from your mobile device at wap.im-seven.com
